Taste and aroma
Balanced flavour: apple sweetness, rhubarb and hibiscus tang, lemongrass and peppermint freshness. A natural fruit tea with rhubarb and citrus aroma — light, clean, and uplifting.
Brewing instructions
Use 1–2 tsp per 200 ml hot water
Water temperature: 100°C
Steep for 7–10 minutes
Summer recipes
Rhubarb Lemonade Iced Tea
Steep 2 tsp of tea in 300 ml hot water for 10 minutes. Cool, add ice, and a slice of lemon or lime.
Cold Brew Rhubarb Lemonade
1 tbsp of tea + 500 ml cold water → refrigerate for 8–12 hours.
Serve with fresh mint and ice.
Sip, close your eyes — and travel far.

Brewing tip
To get the best flavour, do not increase steeping time or temperature. Instead, add more tea and follow the recommended guidelines.
Strain or remove the tea after brewing.
