Taste and aroma
A mild, fruity taste with apricot sweetness, berry depth, and subtle citrus notes. The aroma is rich and sunny with berry accents.
Brewing instructions
• 1 tsp per 200 ml of water
• Water temperature: 90–95°C
• Steep time: 5–8 minutes
• Suitable for re-steeping

Summer recipes
Iced tea “Apricot Morning”
2 tsp tea
400 ml hot water
A few pieces of fresh or dried apricot
Ice cubes
Preparation:
Brew tea for 7–10 minutes. Let cool, add ice and apricot slices. A fruity refreshment in a cup!
Cold brew “Berry Glow”
1.5–2 tbsp tea
1 litre of cold filtered water
A few goji berries and a slice of lime (optional)
Preparation:
Place tea in a jar, fill with cold water and refrigerate for 8–12 hours. Strain and serve chilled. A light, vitamin-rich and beautifully aromatic drink.
