Strawberry Rhubarb Flavoured Green Tea

This tea feels like a walk through a garden in June — sweet strawberry meets tangy rhubarb on a soft base of China Sencha. Light, refreshing, and gently fruity.
What makes this tea special?

Flavour and aroma:
Sweet and fruity with a crisp rhubarb note. Uplifting and balanced — perfect for an afternoon break.
Brewing method:
1 tsp per 200 ml water
Water temperature: 75–80°C
Steeping time: 2–3 minutes
Can be re-steeped
Summer recipes:

2 tsp tea
400 ml hot water
Cool, add ice and fresh strawberries
Serve with a lemon slice
❄️ Cold Brew “Rhubarb Garden”
1.5–2 tbsp tea
1 litre cold water
Infuse for 6–10 hours
Serve with mint or pink peppercorns

Good to know:
• Contains natural caffeine (theine)
• Suitable for morning and daytime
• Naturally fruity and well-balanced
• No artificial additives
• Not recommended in the evening if caffeine-sensitive
Brewing tip:
To get a more intense flavour, do not increase steeping time or water temperature. Instead, add a bit more tea.
Optimal steeping time is 2 minutes to avoid bitterness and bring out the best taste.
Strain or remove tea leaves immediately after brewing.
