Taste and Aroma:
Bright orange, a gentle spicy touch of ginger, a warm fruity base, and a delicate pistachio aftertaste. Refreshing with character — and a hint of pink pepper spice.
Brewing Instructions:
1 tsp per 200 ml of water
Water temperature: 95–100°C
Steeping time: 5–7 minutes
Can be re-steeped
Good to Know:
Does not contain caffeine
Great for evening tea time
Balanced blend without overpowering notes
Suitable for adults and children (if no nut allergies)
Summer Recipes:
1. Iced Tea “Citrus & Pistachio”
2 tsp of tea
400 ml hot water (95–100°C)
1 tsp agave syrup or honey (optional)
Ice cubes
Slice of orange or a pinch of zest
How to prepare: Brew the tea for 7–10 minutes. Add sweetener if desired. Cool and serve over ice with a slice of orange.
2. Cold Brew “Mediterranean Afternoon”
A fresh, light cold infusion with citrusy notes, a gentle nutty finish and a touch of spice.
1.5–2 tbsp of tea
1 liter of cold filtered water
1–2 orange slices
Ice
A bit of papaya or ginger for a flavor boost
Optional: a drop of pistachio syrup
How to prepare: Pour cold water over tea, add fruits, and let steep in the fridge for 8–12 hours. Strain and serve with ice. Pairs beautifully with plant milk — especially almond or oat.
