Taste & Aroma
Mild, fresh, with delicate astringency and a citrus bergamot finish.
Brewing instructions
Water temperature: 75–80°C
Quantity: 1 tsp per 250 ml water
Steeping time: 2 minutes
Summer recipes
Iced tea: Brew a double portion of tea, chill and serve with ice and orange slices.
Cold brew: Add 1 tbsp of tea to 500 ml cold water. Steep for 6–8 hours in the fridge, then strain.
Sip, close your eyes — and travel far.
Good to know
Contains caffeine. Natural bergamot flavouring is best enjoyed within 2–3 months after opening. Store tightly sealed and away from light.
You can reuse the same tea leaves for a second infusion — especially if the first brew was short. The second cup will have a milder, smoother flavour.
Brewing tip
To achieve a more intense flavour, do not increase brewing time or temperature. Instead, add a bit more tea leaves while keeping recommended parameters.
Optimal steeping time is 2 minutes.
Remove the tea or strain it immediately after brewing.
