Taste and aroma
A full-bodied berry taste where elderberry and blueberry take the lead. Hibiscus adds a tart touch, balanced by the natural sweetness of raisins and raspberry. A fruity tea that is rich, smooth and comforting.
Brewing instructions
Use 1–2 tsp per 200 ml hot water
Water temperature: 100°C
Steep for 5–10 minutes
Summer recipes
Iced Blueberry Elderberry Tea
Steep 2 tsp of berry fruit tea in 300 ml boiling water for 10 minutes. Let cool, add ice, a mint leaf and a handful of berries.
Cold Brew Blueberry Elderberry Tea
1 tbsp of fruit tea + 500 ml cold water → refrigerate for 8–12 hours
Serve with ice and fresh berries

Brewing tip
To get a richer tea flavour, do not increase brewing time or temperature. Instead, use a little more tea while following recommended parameters.
