How to brew
Water temperature: 90–95°C
1 tsp per 150 ml
Steep for 2–3 minutes
Important to know
Do not use boiling water! 100°C may result in bitterness and overpower the delicate fruit notes. Brew at 90–95°C and remove leaves promptly.
Brewing tip
For a stronger taste, do not increase steeping time or temperature — simply use a bit more tea leaves.
