How to brew
Water temperature: 90–95°C
1 tsp per 150 ml
Steep for 2–3 minutes

Avoid boiling water — brew at 90–95°C and remove tea in time to avoid bitterness.

Want a stronger flavour? Add a bit more tea, not more time or temperature.
